Larry J. Kramer worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company for more than 8 years. He represented both individuals and large, multi-national corporations. He handled cases for UPS, Turner Construction Company, Donald Trump, The Trump Organization, Toys R Us, AFC Construction, Posillico Construction, Federated Department Stores as well as many other well known companies. He has conducted more than 2,000 hearings on behalf of the City of New York . Mr. Kramer continues to represent defendants on behalf of 5 insurance carriers. Additionally, Mr. Kramer was approved as defense counsel for the MTA, however, he declined the offer because of a case pending against the Transit Authority.
Mr. Kramer has represented a wide variety of injured plaintiffs who were involved in all kinds of accidents.
